We were ecstatic when we found out Bella Italia's Head Chef, Vittorio, accepted our invitation to come and explore our fantastic basil fields in the heart of Liguria. We were keen to show him how passionate we really are about what we do, especially our pestos. We seemed to have won him over with our family meal, where we demonstrated the real sense of family with a head chef of our own...nonna! She put our signature pesto in the spotlight by simply serving it up with freshly homemade pasta- what more could you ask for?
We can confirm that Bella Italia were so impressed with our basil pesto and the passion and expertise that we dedicate to it, that they decided to share it with all of their lovely customers. They have added it to their spectacular new October menu!
